Shipping Policy 

All orders are shipped from Alenquer, Portugal 

Items will usually be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number.  

International customers (outside the European Union) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Qthrone at the time of purchase. 
We do not issue refunds for items abandoned in customs. 

Please double check that you have provided an accurate shipping address at checkout. Any packages that are undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to qthrone will require an additional shipping cost to re-send.
